Distilled survival is the recipe for inevitable distilled pain.
It is all in the mind. The pain is all in the mind. Signal... "Survive!" But there is no advantage or disadvantage of this. It is the objective of the mind. Suffering is identification of the self with the mind. What what other self is there? The spirit.
